7. How do you ship during the summer? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your items will not melt because like the weather we can't control the mail. We recommend 3-Day Shipping options or less. For all meltable items we use leak proof reusable non-toxic cold packs. We do our best to prevent candy from melting.
8. Do you accept orders over the phone? Sorry, but we only accept orders our website.
9. Is your candy fresh? Yes, all code dates are checked before shipment.
10. Is there a return policy? If you receive candy that is not the item you ordered please call or email us within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, all candy is perishable and therefore NON-REFUNDABLE!
